This course is for anyone who wants to develop greater self-awareness, tackle stress and anxiety, and learn practical skills to help heal, grow and thrive in life. If you want some help to tame your wild mind, get your emotions under control, level-up in your relationships and create a life you’re damn proud of – then this course is for you. However, if you’ve got a complex trauma history or a diagnosable mental health disorder, we recommend this course be used alongside regular sessions with a mental health professional (and not as a replacement for one-on-one therapy).
Life is tough and no one taught us all those life-skills that are so important to build happy, enriching and meaningful lives. We wanted to bring all the wisdom and insight you learn in the therapy room to people all around the world. That’s why this course is packed full of positive psychology, evidence-based wisdom and mindfulness techniques, along with tools & strategies
It can take as long or as little as you like, depending on how quickly you blitz through the content. But in order to get the best experience, we recommend taking your time with it, and committing to one session and the accompanying activities per week. In that manner, it should take you ten weeks to finish the full course.
While Mary would love to hear from you, unfortunately the sheer volume of messages she receives means that she cannot personally respond to everyone that reaches out. Feel free to forward us any feedback or testimonials and we’ll do our best to get it to Mary.
